润滑油基础油调合工艺应用研究

为了调合出市场接受度高的基础油，文章通过对润滑油基础油性质及其相关影响因素的研究和小试、中试后，增设射流式搅拌喷嘴调合器及更改相应流程，实现了基础油调合的工业化生产。应用结果表明，该工艺工业化应用投资少、见效好，可确保调合后的油品品质达到目标产品要求，并使产品利润最大化，适合在同类企业中推广应用。

Application Research of Lube Base Oil Blending Technology

Based on the research of lube base oil properties, the related factors and a series of laboratory and pilot tests, a reasonable and feasible method was adopted in order to blend the more popular lube base oil. At the same time, a set of jet mixing nozzle blending facilities was added to a lube base oil hydrogenation unit and the relevant process was also changed to achieve an industrialized base oil blending system. The results showed that the industrialized application of blending sys- tem has many advantages, such as small investment but so effective, easy to operate, ensuring the blended oil to be qualified, making the profit maximization come true and so on, what is worthy of popularizing and applying to the same or similar kind of plant.
