直升机载显控台设计与试验

摘    要:针对直升机载平台设计了轻型化高刚强度显控台.首先介绍了直升机平台的振动环境特点.然后根据要求设计了复合材料显控台,并对其进行了模态分析,在此基础上选用了合适的隔振系统,并采用刚度法使整个系统达到解耦.最后对显控台及上装设备进行了振动冲击试验,试验顺利通过.结果表明,显控台结构设计合理,隔振系统选用适当,满足直升机载平台严酷环境要求.该方法可为类似产品的设计、优化提供参考.

Abstract:In this paper, a lightweight display console with high stiffness and strength is designed for the helicopter platform. The vibration environment characteristics of helicopter platform are introduced first. Then the composite material display console is designed according to requirements, and the modal analysis is carried out. On the basis of the research, choosing appropriate vibration isolation system and using stiffness method to realize the decoupling of the whole system. Finally, the vibration and shock test for the display console and its installed devices is conducted, and the test is passed successfully. Results show that the design is reasonable and the vibration isolation system chosen is proper, satisfying the requirements of the strict helicopter platform environment. The method can provide a reference for the design and optimization of similar products.
