粘弹性阻尼安装架结构设计及减振效能分析

摘    要:粘弹性阻尼材料的最大优点是可以在很宽的频域和温域内对振动进行抑制,特别适用于机载电子设备结构减振问题.文中阐述了在某机载电子设备安装架上敷设粘弹性阻尼材料的方法和典型工艺,并利用有限元仿真方法对安装架敷设阻尼层前后的减振效能进行了对比,结果表明敷设阻尼层后的安装架有更好的减振效能.

Abstract:The largest advantage of viscoelastic damping materials is vibration reduction on wide frequency range and temperature range, especially suitable for the vibration reduction of the structure airborne electronic equipment. This paper discusses the method and typical process of laying viscoelastic damping materials on the airborne electronic equipment mounting rack, and the vibration reduction performances of the mounting rack before and after laying viscoelastic damping materials are compared using finite element method. Results show that the damping mounting rack has better vibration reduction performance.
