某液冷冷板换热特性实验研究

摘    要:针对电子设备冷却用液冷冷板设计,选用了3种新型的锯齿型翅片作为冷板内芯。为了验证新型冷板的换热特性,应用稳态电加热法,分别对内芯为矩形、梯形和侧向梯形锯齿型翅片的3种冷板以蒸馏水为介质的换热特性进行了实验研究,分别获得了在一定雷诺数范围内的换热无量纲准则式,并对液冷冷板的换热特性进行了比较。结果表明,在小流量区域,3种冷板换热系数差别不大;随着流量增大,侧向梯形锯齿型翅片对冷板通道内的扰动更强,换热性能更好。本实验为液冷冷板设计提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to design a liquid-cooling cold plate in electronic devices cooling system, three new kinds of serrated-fin are adopted as the channel of cold plate. To validate the heat transfer characteristics of the new cold plate, the steady electric-heating experimental method is applied to three kinds of serrated-fin cold plates whose cross sections are rectangle, trapezium and side-trapezium respectively to study the heat transfer characteristics of the cold plate with distilled water as cooling medium. Three heat transfer dimensionless equations in the range of certain Reynolds number are presented and the heat transfer characteristics of three different cold plates are compared. Results show that the difference of the three heat transfer coefficients is less at low flow flux. As the flow flux increases, the disturbance is stronger in side-trapezium serrated-fin cold plate, so the heat transfer performance is better. The experiment provides a reference for the design of liquid-cooling cold plate.
