复吹提钒的工艺参数应用研究

摘    要:对复吹提钒转炉底吹参数的应用情况研究,提出了最佳的底吹N2流量与压力,确保了提钒工序降低铁损0.4%、降低钒渣中的TFe含量2%以上,提高钒渣V2O5品位1.3%左右,并且半钢[C]相应高0.2%,残钒也降低。另外,复吹炉龄从1000-2000炉提高到4173炉。

Abstract:Based on practice of bottom blowing technological parammeter for vanadiun recovery m combined blowing converter, raised out the optimum N2 parammetero The results show that iron loss was decreased 0.4 %, content of TFe in the vanadium slag was decreased over 2 %, content of V205 in vanadium slag was rised 1.3 %, and [ C] in semi-steel was also rised above 0.2 % ; in addition [ V ] in semi-steel was been lower corresponding. Combined blowing furnace life was from 1000- 2000 to 4173 in the corresponding furnace campaign.
