焦炉集气管压力系统智能控制策略

摘    要:针对具有工况复杂、多变量耦合等特点的焦炉集气管压力系统,提出了一种专家规则与模糊控制相结合的多级智能控制策略,在回路控制级采用可变调节因子模糊控制算法;解耦级引入了组内和组间解耦规则,在总管控制级采用总管吸力监督控制,实际应用表明,该智能控制系统保证了压力系统调节的协调性,稳定性和快速性,提高了对工况变动和干扰的适应性。

Abstract:A multilayer intelligent control method combining expert rule with fuzzy control for pressure system of coke oven collecting gas pipe was proposed according to its complex properties with multivariable coupling. Fuzzy control with variable factor was adopted in loop layer of pipe pressure. Then decoupling rules in set and between sets were given. And the supervisory control method of pressure in general gas collecting pipe was discussed. The tesing results show that using the intelligent control system the coordination, stability and rapidity of adjusting pressure are ensured, and the adaptability to disturbances or process variation can be improved.
