基于有限元分析的方钻杆机床床身动态特性设计

摘    要:利用常规设计方法,首先确定了方钻杆机床的初步方案。通过有限元方法对在切削过程中的方钻杆机床床身进行动态特性分析,找出方案中的不足,并提出结构优化方案。筋板的动态特性直接影响机床床身的动态特性,文中分别以筋板的厚度、间距和开口为优化变量,来改变床身的固有频率,以此为优化目标,进行有限元优化。结果表明,优化后床身的动态性能得到显著提高,达到了预期的目标,并为床身改造提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The paper made the use of conventional method to design Kelly of machine firstly and research with FED dynamic property that Kelly of machine in the processing. Using the FED method find the defect and build the method of optimization. dynamic property of Rib directly affect bed of machine. The thesis would change and optimize rib of thick,distance and hole.
