基于Modbus协议的自动化设备之间通信实现

摘    要:实现不同种自动化设备之间通信是系统集成的关键.基于Modbus协议的串口通信是较常用的方式之一.介绍了三菱FX1N PLC与智能单回路调节仪的串行通信原理,详细分析了Modbus RTU协议的报文格式.分析了软件编程的实现,通信程序开发过程中,出现的问题和解决方案.该方式对实现设备之间的互联有着重要的意义.

Abstract:How to realize communication between different kinds of automatic devices is the key to system integration. Serial communication based on Modbus protocol is a normal way to realize it. Serial communication theory of Mitsubishi PLC and smart single loop controller are introduced, and Modbus RTU protocol format is explained. The realization of software programming, and some problems in the communicaton procedure development and the resolution are presented. This method has significant application to devices connection.
