中厚板轧制任务排序模型的研究与应用

摘    要:针对国内大部分中厚板轧制任务顺序依赖人工经验设定的现状,依据来自中厚板轧制工艺和设备限制的两个主要排序原则,建立了以成品表面质量为最佳的轧制任务排序数学模型。对整个换辊周期内的所有待轧坯料进行一次性排序,从而获得全局最优排序结果。该模型以单个任务为节点建立网络图,将排序问题转化为最短路径问题,并利用动态规划法对其进行求解。现场在线应用结果表明,利用该排序模型得出的成品宽度曲线严格符合"棺材形",在一定程度上改善了成品的表面质量和板形,并减轻了轧辊磨损程度,因此具有良好的应用前景。
