摘    要:不同于一般的建筑,超高层建筑的机电系统是该类建筑电气系统设计的难点。物联网、智能电网技术的出现将为超高层建筑供配电、用电系统的可靠性、合理性提供强有力的保障。阐述了智能电网系统的基本概念及其特点,并对智能电网在超高层建筑及超高层建筑群中的具体应用作了详细的阐述。指出基于物联网技术的智能电网必将为超高层建筑及超高层建筑群设计注入全新的设计理念。

Abstract:Different from normal building, super high-rise building' s electric design difficulties is electromechnical system. The existence of IoT and smart grid technology provide powerful security to power supply and distribution system, the reliability and rationality of power consumption system in super high-rise building. The basic concept and characteristics of smart grid system were expounded, and its application in super high-rise building and architectural complex was described briefly. It was pointed out that the smart grid based on loT technology must be a new design concept for super high-rise building and architectural complex.
