| 摘 要： | LDV以其非接触式、高精度特性,广泛应用于冶金行业冷轧薄板各类生产线中,为提高产品质量提供了可靠的测量手段。本文介绍LDV的测速基本原理,并结合其在高精度六辊铝带轧机上的实际应用,详细阐述了LDV在轧制过程中的金属秒流量控制以及带材滑动值计算方面的应用,应用效果较好。
