自动转换开关控制器设计

摘    要:针对不间断供电的广泛需求,提出了一种以MSP430F1232微控制器(MCU)为核心单元的自动转换开关控制器的设计方案。该方案采用带负反馈通道的线性光电耦合器电压检测电路,有效解决了现有线性光电耦合器电压检测电路的温度漂移和线性度差等问题。冗余的时钟系统设计和低功耗的电路设计,更加满足自动转换开关电器的工作需求。

Abstract:To satisfy the demand for uninterrupted power supply,a design scheme of automatic transfer switching controller which took MSP430F1232 microcontroller as the main unit was proposed. A linear photoelectric coupler with negative feedback for voltage detection circuit was introduced to solve the problem of temperature drift and poor linearity of the existing linear photoelectric coupler for voltage detection circuit. Work demands of automatic transfer switching electrical appliances was more satisfied by using redundant clock system design and low power consumption circuit design.
