150t钢水罐倾翻装置优化方案设计及实施

摘    要:在实施新上150 t钢水罐倾翻装置过程中,现场调试发现该设备倾翻力矩远大于原设计电机额定驱动力矩。通过对倾翻装置设计的倾翻力矩进行了校核,分析倾翻装置的结构特点,采用了调整钢水罐在倾翻框架的定位高度,来平衡减小回转载荷力矩的方案。抬高方案实施过程中,通过精确定位和加强焊接质量控制保证了改造施工的质量。从优化后倾翻装置倾翻力矩调试结果数据来看,该优化设计方案实现了倾翻装置的稳定、安全生产要求。
