| 摘 要： | 工程项目施工计划及其工期实现的可靠性是工程建设目的与投资效益实现的重要保证．在编制项目的进度计划时，工序的持续时间和逻辑关系既具有确定性，又具有不确定性．将模糊三角数引入到项目工期分析中，提出了模糊网络计划方法和工期实现的可能性，为工程项目快速、高效建设提供了决策分析的依据．

| Abstract: | The construction planning and duration analysis are important to realize the objects and the investment benefit for a project. For each activity of the project planning, its duration has certainty, but sometimes has uncertainty. This paper uses triangular fuzzy number to show activity duration, and provides an approach of fuzzy network planning and possibility of planning duration of the project. The technique is an aid to the control of actual project implementation. |
