| Abstract: | Constructing a harmonious socialist society is an important strategic decision that the party central committee put forward form the point of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and speeding up socialist modernization. Constructing harmonious college and promoting the sustainable development of college is an important part of the construction of harmonious society. So it＇ s necessary to apply the scientific outlook on development. |
