3,3',4,4'-四氨基二苯醚的合成及其聚苯并咪唑树脂的制备

摘    要:以4.4'-二氨基二苯醚为原料,经乙酰化、硝化、碱解、还原、中和五步反应合成3,3',4,4'-四氨基二苯醚,总收率为52.8%,并用FT-IR及熔点测试技术对其进行了表征.结果表明,3,3',4,4'-四氨基二苯醚具有较高的纯度,在多聚磷酸与五氧化二磷的体系下,进一步与二酸聚合可获得高分子量的聚苯并咪唑.有望在未来兴起的燃料电池膜制作领域具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:3,3',4,4'-tetraaminodiphenyl ether was prepared with 4,4'-diaminodiphenylether as starting material in five steps by N-acylation,nitration,alkali hydrolysis,reduction and neutralization in overall yield of about 52.8%.The chemical structures of target compound and its intermediates were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope(FT-IR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) technology.Moreover,polybenzimidazole resin(PBI) from 3,3',4,4'-tetraaminodiphenyl ether monomer was further polymeri...
