摘    要:讨论了精度设计在逆向工程中的作用、特点及其实现方法。阐述了反求设计的三个主要组成部分 :三维重构、原始设计参数还原和精度设计的作用及其相互关系。详细论述了封闭环的选择与公差确认在反求设计中的特殊性 ,并提出对于各项精度指标的判断与决断是区分正、反向设计的重要标志。最后 ,总结提出了逆向工程中精度设计的实现步骤。

Abstract:Some functions,characteristics and realization methods of precision design in the reverse engineering were described. The effects of and relationship among three primary parts of reverse design, that is, 3D reconstruction,reinstating initial design parameters, and precision design, were presented. The specific feature in selecting terminative dimension and its tolerance identification in reverse design are described in detail. At the same time, the judgement and determination of precision indexes is the remarkable sign to distinguish reverse design from traditional design. Finally, the procedures to realize precision design in reverse engineering are put forward.
