强化材料梁剪切弯曲时剪应力分析

摘    要:塑性理论对线性强化弹塑性材料在剪切弯曲时横截面上的剪应力分布,由于无法给出相应的屈服函数而不能获得解析解。文中利用一个简单直观的方法,解出了对称截面情况下的剪应力分布。结果说明,横力弯曲时,处于弹塑性阶段的线性强化材料制成的梁,剪应力在塑性区成线性分布,在弹性区成抛物线分布。所用方法和所得结果虽然是近似的,但其有满足工程要求的精度。

Abstract:For linear strengthening elastoplastic material under Shear bending, the plastic theory is unable to obtain an analysis solution of shear stress distribution because there is no corresponding yielding function. A simple and visual method is used tO give shear stress distribution in symmetrical section. The shear stresses are linearly distributed in plastic region and parabolically in elastic region for the beam made of linear strengthening material in elastoplastic phase. The practical result is of fair precision fot engineering application. The shear stress distribution and the height of elastic core of ideal elastic material based on the method are mentical with the known results.
