粒状炸药爆轰性能影响因素研究

摘    要:对影响两种粒状炸药(ANFO,AL-ANFO)爆轰性能的主要因素(装药密度、装药直径、约束条件等)进行了实验研究,获得了粒状炸药临界直径与装药密度、约束条件等的相互关系。同时对压气装药技术对粒状炸药爆轰性能的影响也进行了实验研究。结果表明:(1)AL-ANFO的爆轰性能优于ANFO;(2)两种炸药的临界直径均随约束条件的增强而减小;(3)即使在零炸高无聚能条件下,ANFO的爆轰强度(104mmPVC)足以穿透25mm厚的钢板;(4)压气装药技术能够明显改善粒状炸药的爆轰性能。

Abstract:With main effecting factors on detonation performance of ANFO and AL-ANFO Explosives,which are charging density,charge diameter and confined materials,experimental studies have been carried out.And the interrelationship of critical diameters of ANFO and AL-ANFO Explosives to charging density and confined materials has been gotten.The effect of pneumatic charging process on detonation performance of ANFO is also studied.The results show that:(1) AL-ANFO has an advantage over ANFO in detonation characteristics,(2) the critical diameters of ANFO and AL-ANFO decrease with strength of the confined materials,(3) a steel slab (25 mm thickness) is broken through by detonation wave jet of a column charge (104 mm PVC tube) without energy concentration device and standoff distance,(4) and the detonation characteristics of ANFO columns explosives can obviously improved by pneumatic charging process.
