齿轮齿距仪的改造及检测系统设计

摘    要:针对上置式齿轮齿距仪定位不准确,测量力不恒定,人工读数误差较大,数据处理麻烦,装配调整不便,测量效率较低等。通过改造,重新设计了调整螺母、辅助弹性定位爪、可调式支脚等;并采用容栅传感器代替原机械式千分表,同时研制出具有数据采集,液晶显示,串行通讯的转换接口。对改造后的齿距仪进行了重复实验,结果表明:不仅测量效率有了极大地提高,同时也提高了测量精度,改善了性能。

Abstract:There are many shortages in the portable gear pitch tester we using at present when we check gear.Such as fixed position is not accurate,strength can't keep invariableness,reading existed artificial error,assemble is not convenience etc..Aims at the above shortages reform this tester.Redesigned the adjusting spring nuts,positioning claw,adjustable supporting bolster etc.,and replaced original machine micrometer with the electronic digital indicator and designed an intelligent interface to PC.A series of experiment indicate this new tester is completely up to the mustard,and can increase the work efficiency.
