| Abstract: | The measurement and control of Kappa number have great influence on the cost and the quality of the product in the mill; therefore how to measure the Kappa number on line during pulping has been a hot topic. This article mainly introduces the traditional methods and their limits to Kappa number measuring, and the research progress of on-line measurement. |
