摘    要:针对现代工业和社会对润滑油的新要求,简要地阐述了不含硫、磷、氯等活性元素的极压抗磨添加剂的发展现状和研究动态。结果表明,不含活性元素的极压抗磨剂具有很好的极压抗磨性能,能够满足现代机械设备和环境日益苛刻的适用要求。同时对其中一些添加剂的制备方法进行了归纳,并重点对其性能和作用机理研究进行了分析,展望了其发展前景。

Abstract:Based on the requests of modern industry and society for lubricating oils, the research situation and tendency of anti- wear extreme pressure additives without sulfur, phosphorus and chlorine are briefly reviewed. The results show that anti- wear extreme pressure additives not containing active elements have good extreme pressure and anti- wear proper- ties, and they can meet the applicable requirements of modern machinery, equipment and increasingly harsh environment. Some preparation methods are compared and summarized. And anti -wear extreme pressure mechanism of these lubricant additives is analyzed emphatically. Its good development prospect is described.
