典型城市垃圾组分热重试验研究

摘    要:通过热重分析仪研究了3种典型的城市垃圾(橡胶、塑料、果皮)的单组分试样以及按一定比例混合后多组分混合试样的燃烧特性。分别确定了各试样的着火点温度,燃烧失重规律及燃烧动力学方程,并对单组分实验得到的数据进行叠加与多组分实验数据进行对比。为合理设计垃圾焚烧设备提供基础数据。

Abstract:Using a thermal gravity analysis instrument, we studied the burning character of three types of municipal refuse (rubber, plastic, pericarp) and they mixture. And the ignition point, gravity losing pattern and dynamic equation of these samples were worked out. And by the comparison of the testing result of these samples, we found out some important characters of the solid waste when it is burned. All this will offer help for design of industrialization facilities.
