摘    要:通过磁选回收硫化镍矿尾矿中的镍并得到硫化镍精矿。硫化镍精矿采用配矿熔炼的方法获得低冰镍。详细研究了磁选强度、熔炼温度、熔炼时间、熔剂配比等因素对镍收率的影响。结果表明,熔炼温度对镍品位和镍收率有显著影响,熔炼时间和熔剂配比对镍品位和镍收率的影响较小。在合理的试验条件下,镍收率达到97.90%,低冰镍产品含镍达到6.47%。

Abstract:Nickel is extracted from certain nickel sulfide ore's gaugue by magnetic dressing,and nickel sulfide concentrate is obtained.Low matte is obtained by smelting processing this concentrate.In addition,the effects of the magnetic intensity,smelting temperature,smelting time,the ratio of flux on nickel recovery rate are discussed in detail.The results show that the nickel recovery rate is evidently affected by smelting temperature.Under the optimum process condition,nickel recovery rate is 97.90% and nickel con...
