摘    要:本文对非接触感应电能传输系统中可分离变压器的特点进行了研究,分析了可分离变压器的磁路和电路,讨论了变压器绕组位置和气隙对可分离变压器参数的影响,并利用ANSYS电磁场仿真软件进行定性分析,得出了一些关键设计准则。并在气隙为 4mm和10mm的可分离变压器构成的1kW原理样机进行了实验验证,给出了实验结果。

Abstract:The characteristic of the separate transformer in the contactless inductive power transfer system is proposed in this paper. The magnetic circuit and equivalent circuit of the separate transformer are analyzed. Transformer parameters influence due to the coil position and air gap is discussed and simulated by means of ANSYS simulation. Some design considerations are obtained. Finally, 1kW prototype with a 4mm and 10mm air-gap separate transformer conforms the design and performance; the experimental results are also included in this paper.
