| 摘 要： | 简述了江苏省沿江八市的概况,运用聚类分析方法对八个城市进行分类,收集八市的相关面板数据,构造住宅需求函数,对各类城市的住宅需求进行分析,并比较得出各类城市住宅需求的差异。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the general conditions of eight cities along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu provence,classifies them by cluster analysis,collects pedal data of the eight cities and uses them to build housing demand functions. After analyzing the housing demand of all cities,the paper coucludes the housing demand differences between different kind of cities. |
