摘    要:根据铝材铸轧过程成形特点 ,建立了铸轧辊 -板系统传热问题的基本方程。通过仿真计算 ,研究外冷对铸轧速度的影响规律 ;外冷实施前后 ,最佳外冷区间的变化趋势 ,为外冷技术的工业应用和外冷方案的制订提供一定的理论支持

Abstract:According to the characteristics of aluminum cast rolling process, the basic equations of roller board system′s temperature fields were built. Through the numeric analysis of external cooling effects on temperature field, the different rules of cast rolling velocity and the best external cooling section were also discussed. The results provide theoretical supports to industry application and scheme formulation of external cooling.
