| Abstract: | In this experiment an air conditioner is used to blow dry and cold air into the heat-insulated warehouse for speeding the circulation of low temperature in it, inhibiting the growth of insects and enzyme and slowing down the ageing of rice, as a result the stored rice can past the summer without damage. |
