摘    要:降膜式蒸发器以其高效的换热性能、有效减少制冷剂充注量等优点,被逐步应用于冷水机组。与其相关的研究受到行业越来越多的关注,成为相关领域的一个研究热点。本文分析当前降膜式蒸发器应用于空调冷水机组面临的技术挑战,包括制冷剂分配和换热性能影响因素,并给出改进降膜式蒸发器性能的研究方向。

Abstract:Falling-film evaporators have been gradually used in the water chillers due to the advantages of higher heat transfer performance and requiring less refrigerant charge. The relevant researches have drawn more and more attention of HVAC&R industry and become a hot topic in the related research field. Technology challenges of falling-film evap- orator used in water chiller faced by researchers, including refrigerant distribution and effect factors of heat transfer performance. The research directions are also analyzed to im- prove the performance of falling-fihn evaporator.
