全降膜蒸发器应用于冷水机组的研究

摘    要:在分析蒸发器性能对冷水机组性能影响的基础上,探讨降膜式蒸发器的关键技术,并通过试验研究降膜式蒸发器的换热系数和回油浓度,同时与满液式蒸发器的换热性能进行对比。结果表明,在分配器供液充足时,降膜管束蒸发性能优势显著,表现在换热系数高、回油浓度高等方面。

Abstract:The influences of evaporator's performance on water chiller's performance are analyzed. Based on it, the key technologies of falling-film evaporator are discussed. Meanwhile, the heat transfer coefficient and oil concentration in the falling-film evaporator are experimentally sludied and compared with flooded evaporator. The results show that when the fluid supply from the distributor is sufficient,the falling-film evaporator has bet- ter performance, which has higher heat transfer coefficient, large oil concentration, etc.
