基于雨流法的机械疲劳分析

摘    要:对于长期承受交变载荷的机器设备,除了振动和强度外,疲劳也是导致其损坏的常见原因之一,因此进行有效的疲劳分析,是保障设备安全运转的重要手段之一.论文介绍了基于德国IMC测试系统进行的雨流法的疲劳分析方法,通过得到的力矩事件数进行疲劳分析,从而优化结构设计.

Abstract:With regard to the machinery equipment of carrying the lotus in the long-term,in addition to vibration and strength,fatigue is also one of the common reasons that cause its damage so carrying on valid fatigue analysis is one of the important means which guarantee the equipments to operate safely.This paper introduces mechanical fatigue analysis method based on the German IMC test system of rain-flow counting method,and we carry on fatigue analysis with the torque affairs,and optimize the structure design.
