| 摘 要： | 根据在设计和施工中遇到的问题，指出了砌体结构房屋设计中需要解决的几个问题，提出了对抗震横墙规范应加以明确，对局部尺寸应严格要求，对软土地基上的砌体结构房屋设计应考虑砌体结构——基础——软土地基的协同工作问题。

| Abstract: | According to the questions of design and construction, the paper points out some problems which needs solving in lay substance structure home design. It also presents that the explicitness shoud be resolved in good time about anti-seismic structure horizontal wall standard, tile partial size shoud be required strictly, and cooperated work of lay substance structre-foundation-soft earth groud in the design of lay substance structure should be considered. |
