甲烷吸附材料的制备与性能研究

摘    要:以晋城空气干燥基无烟煤为原料,通过化学活化法制备了煤炭化样和活化样,近而在等温条件下对比研究了三个改性样品对甲烷的吸附/解吸特性,对比发现比表面积的增大能显著增加样品对甲烷的吸附总量,但对解吸残余率没有明显的影响。考虑到影响甲烷吸附解吸的因素,又在等温条件下对主控因素-水分作了平行实验,证明水分对活化样解吸残余率有明显影响,实验证明在干燥条件下,其活化样品可以作为煤层气的吸附剂。

Abstract:Results of study on adsorption/desorption characteristics of anthracite in CH4 isotherm experiments proved obvious desorption hysteresis, clear adsorption volume with increased surface area yet no remarkable change in remaining desorption rate. Parallel experiments were carried out over major controlling factor-water content under isothermal conditions in consideration of factors affecting methane absorption/desorption. Experiments results showed that water content could bring about obvious influence upon remaining desorption rate of activated samples, proving that under dry conditions activated samples could be used as CBM absorbent.
