| 摘 要： | 针对分子筛生产过程中的重点设备焙烧炉存在的密封效果差和炉头进料粘料的问题,对焙烧炉炉头、炉尾密封结构和进料方式进行了改进,取得了满意的效果,保证了焙烧炉的稳定运行,同时获得了一定的经济效益。

| Abstract: | For the issues of poor sealing effect and sticky material in feeding process of calcinations furnace that is the key equipment in molecular sieve production process,the modifications of burner,hermetically-sealed structure and feeding mode of calcinations furnace has been conducted and successfully applied.As a result,the stable operation and certain economic profits are achieved. |
