唐古特白刺叶片矿物质元素与挥发油成分分析研究

摘    要:以唐古特白刺叶片为研究对象,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对其叶片中矿物质元素进行测定,超临界CO2萃取法提取叶片挥发油,采用GC-MS分析挥发油成分。结果表明,唐古特白刺叶片中富含多种矿物质元素,其中常量营养元素含量较高,有害元素含量较低;其挥发油主要化学成分为1-亚油酸单甘油酯、L-抗坏血酸-2,6-二棕榈酸酯、十八碳烷酸、四十四烷,相对含量分别为51.77%、8.80%、6.72%、3.90%。表明唐古特白刺叶片中富含矿物质元素,挥发油中含有多种生物活性成分,具有深度开发利用价值。

Abstract:Taking Nitraria tangutorum leaves as the research object, the mineral element was determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscope, the volatile oil was extracted by super critical CO2 fluid extraction and the main components was analyzed by GC-MS. The result showed that N. tangutorum leaves was rich in a variety of mineral elements, the content of macroelement was high and the harmful elements were low. The main chemical composition of volatile oil were as follows: 1-1inoleic acid monoglyceride, L-ascorbic acid-2,6-ascorbic palmitate, octadecanoic acid and te- tratetracontane, and the relative content was 51.77%, 8.80%, 6.72% and 3.90%, respectively. The results showed that N. tangutorum leaves contained a lot of mineral element, and the volatile oil contained bioactive substances which showed various biological utilization values.
