摘    要:结合某中压蒸汽供热工程,探讨了方形补偿器、球型补偿器、旋转补偿器的适用性。针对该工程具体情况,分析了旋转补偿器的布置及设计要点。

Abstract:In the Code for Construction and Acceptance of City and Town Gas Distribution Works (CJJ 33 -2005 ), 133 Pa pressure drop is only permitted in tightness test of gas pipeline, which means that no pressure drop is permitted, and the possibility of visual error is considered when reading manometer. In fact, there are visual errors when reading manometer and thermometer, and these errors can influence the correction of pressure drop. The calculation method of error margin for correcting pressure drop is discussed, the influence of temperature, pressure and measurement instruments on error margin for correcting pressure drop is analyzed, and the relevant countermeasures are put forward.
