Influence of Error on Tightness Test of Gas Pipeline

In the Code for Construction and Acceptance of City and Town Gas Distribution Works （CJJ 33 -2005 ）, 133 Pa pressure drop is only permitted in tightness test of gas pipeline, which means that no pressure drop is permitted, and the possibility of visual error is considered when reading manometer. In fact, there are visual errors when reading manometer and thermometer, and these errors can influence the correction of pressure drop. The calculation method of error margin for correcting pressure drop is discussed, the influence of temperature, pressure and measurement instruments on error margin for correcting pressure drop is analyzed, and the relevant countermeasures are put forward.
