摘    要:上、下工作辊线速度不相等会引起变形区中两个工作辊面上的摩擦力不对称,导致变形区形成搓轧状态。基于此状态,导出了快、慢辊的力矩差和两辊面出口侧所受的剪应力差,并阐述了快、慢辊沿轧向错动的情况,进而分析了轧件头部下弯的原因。

Abstract:Because the line speeds of upper and lower work rolls are different, the friction forces on the two work roll surfaces are asymmetrical by which the deformation zone is asymmetrically rolled. The torque difference of upper and lower rolls, and the difference of shearing stresses on exit side of rolls were deduced. The roll sliding in rolling direction of two rolls was explained and the downward of the workpiece front end was also analyzed.
