| 摘 要： | 基于实时性和多任务特性，分析了微机操作系统的构造原理，在单用户ＯＳ下，结合任务调度方法论述了能实现实时性和多任务的实用设计过程，给出了程序设计要点，其结论对应用中的同类问题有普遍意义。

| Abstract: | Based on real time and multi task features,the paper analyses the sturture theory of micro computer operation system.Combining with task dispatching method it puts forward the practical designing procedure to finish real time and multi task in single user OS environment.It gives out the programing points and its results are helpful to similar environment in application. |
