OLGA与PIPEFLOW软件在海底天然气混输管道设计中的适用性比较

摘    要:采用当前国际先进的OLGA2000和PIPEFLOW工艺模拟计算软件,对锦州20-2凝析油气田和平湖油气田上岸管道压降进行了工艺模拟计算;将模拟计算结果与现场采集数据进行对比,并分析了两个软件压降计算结果的差异:认为OLGA2000软件的海底天然气混输管道压降计算结果误差最小,PIPEFLOW软件中的OLIMANS(76)/EATON组合经验关系式更适用于工艺设计的模拟计算。建议对海底天然气混输管道工艺设计计算采用OUMANS(76)/EATON组合经验关系式,同时采用OLGA软件压降公式进行校核。

Abstract:Through using the advanced software OLGA and software PIPEFLOW to calculate for the two landing pipelines in Jinzhou20-2 gas field and Pinghu gas field, this paper compares the simulative calculation results of pressure drop with the field acquired data, and analyzes the differences between them. It suggests that OLIMANS76/EATON formulas in PIPEFLOW should be adopted for gas and con-densate pipeline process design, and pressure drop formulas in OLGA be used for checking.
