| Abstract: | The project cost control taken as the idiographic content of the project management in constraction could more embdy the achievement and benefit, and it was also the most firsthand method. It fouowed five basic principles such as lowest cost, all-around cost control, goal supersive, making line with responsibility, authority and profit, and dunamic control and so on. It realized through the method of organization, technique and economy etc. |
