基于PLC的双变频同步跟踪控制器的设计

摘    要:运用三菱PLC及其特殊功能模块、三菱变频调速器(FR-S500)组成的双变频同步跟踪控制器,实现两台三相异步电机的同步无级调速控制。采用了触摸屏(F940GOT-LWD-C)作为人机界面,用户可以直接设定速度值来实现电机的同步无级调速控制,使操作更简便、透明。

Abstract:The two frequency-converters synchronous tracking controller constitutes of Mitsubishi PLC and its special function module and Mitsubishi frequency-converter(FR-S500).We can use this device to control the three phase asynchronous motor in order to implement the stepless and synchronous speed regulation.Also we can directly input frequency value in the Touch display screen(F940GOT-LWD-C)which has been adopted as the man-machine interface to implement stepless and synchronous speed regulation control of the motor,which enable the operating more simple and more convenient.
