PLC控制技术在乌鲁木齐河闸门监控系统中的应用

摘    要:PLC控制技术是工业自动化的核心技术,近年来发展很快。乌鲁木齐河闸门自动化控制应用了西门子S7—300PLC控制技术,实现对13个闸井室、38座闸门进行远程和现地控制,效果比较显著。简要阐述了PLC控制技术的组成、工作原理和功能,论述了该技术应用在乌鲁木齐河闸门监控系统中的内容、结构和性能,以及运行效果,同时讨论了应用的经验,提出一些建议。

Abstract:PLC control is the key technology of industrial automation, and has been seen rapid development in recent years. Automatic control for sluice gate of Urumchi river applies Siemens S7-300 PLC control technology, which has realized remote and local control of thirteen gate well chambers, thirty-eight sluice gates, and effect is obvious. The author gives a concise presentation on composition, working principle and functions of PLC control technology, and elaborates application contents, structure and performance of monitoring & control system for sluice gate of Urumchi river, its operation effects as well as it' s application experiences. Finally, some suggestions for application are put forward.
