| 摘 要： | 在中小城市的住宅开发中,由于各原因,开发商能一次性开发的用地规模较小,一个大地块被发成几个小块开发,针对这种情况,提出“集约”开发模式,该文分析了这种模式的起始原因,存在条件,特殊问题及优势所在,并通过两个实例说明。

| Abstract: | In the housing exploitation of the middle and small cities, because of varied kinds of reason , the scale of the exploitation that can be made in a time is limitation and a big lot will have to be divided a few of small qulots. Faced with such situation, we bring forward the conception of the "intensivism" developing mode. In this article, we will analyze the origination reason and the presence condition of this mode, the special problems that go with it and the superority of it. All these will be proved by the practice. |
