宝珠寺水电站大坝混凝土温度控制措施

摘    要:宝珠寺大坝为混凝土实体重力坝,最大坝高132m,坝体混凝土量约203万m^3,厂房混凝土量10.4万m^3,采用分块分缝的混凝土柱状浇筑工艺。在混凝土工程施工中,优化混凝土施工配合比、严格控制人工沙石的活动硅质含量,高掺粉煤灰并尽可能减少水泥用量和加水量;将“水冷骨料”改为“加冰为主,风冷骨料为辅”的预冷方案,以及采用多种温度控制,从而确保混凝土施工质量,各项技术指标基本满足设计要求。

Abstract:Baozhusi dam is a concrete gravity dam with maximum height of 132 m. Concrete volume for dam and for powerhouse is respectively 2, 303, 000 m3and 104,000 m3. Concrete was placed columnarly in blocks and with construction joint. During concrete placement,concrete mix proportion was optimized,content of active silica in artificial sand and aggregate was strictly limited,concrete with high fly ash content was used to opssibly decrease cement and water content. "water cooling aggregate"was changed into"ice-entrained aggregate and air-cooled aggregate". Many temperature control measures were applied to ensure concrete quality during construction. Each technical index can essencially meets the requirements of design.
