基于UG6.0的注射模斜导柱参数化设计与开发

摘    要:运用UG6.0/Open GRIP语言对注射模斜导柱进行二次开发,阐述了斜导柱的设计要点、参数化设计过程及应用实例分析。根据参数化设计程序进行斜导柱设计,输入相关设计参数即可快速完成抽芯力、斜导柱直径和长度的计算及实体化建模,减少了设计工作中的一些重复性劳动。

Abstract:Secondary development of UG6.0/Open GRIP was made for angle pin in injection mould. The design points, parametric design procedure and analysis of practical examples were discussed. In the process, calculation of core-pulling force, diameter and length of angle pin and solid modeling can be implemented rapidly with the input of related design pa- rameters, thus some repeat work will be decreased.
