Moldflow在座椅气体辅助注射成型模浇口优化设计中的应用

摘    要:利用Moldflow软件对座椅气体辅助注射成型过程进行模拟。针对在制品正面进气不能满足使用寿命要求的问题,考虑将气嘴移到制品侧面,比较分析了侧面进气情况下,不同浇口位置对熔体充填性能和气道分布结果的影响,最终得到了制品侧面进气的优化方案,满足了塑件设计要求。

Abstract:A process for gas-assisted injection molding of a seat was simulated by Moldflow.The gas nozzle was moved to the side of the part in view of the short service life problem due to the nozzle location in front.Then the influence of various gate locations on the filling performance of melt and the distribution result of gas channel under the condition of side gas inlet was compared and analyzed and an optimized scheme was obtained.
