基于HyperXtrude的铝型材挤压模结构优化

摘    要:利用HyperXtrude软件按照实际生产工艺进行仿真模拟,研究挤压模受力状态,通过球形卸压和拱形沉桥2种结构对方管铝型材挤压模结构进行优化。结果表明:球形卸压结构降低了挤压过程中金属的变形抗力,使金属流动更均匀;而拱形沉桥使模具受力更均匀,使分流桥能承受更大的弯矩,从而改善了模具分流桥危险部分受力情况。模具结构优化后,可提高模具的使用寿命及型材的产量。

Abstract:The stress state of an extrusion die for aluminum square tube profile was studied by simulating the actual condition using HyperXtrude.And then the die structure was optimized by spherical depressurization structure and arched shunting bridge.The result shows that the spherical structure lowers the deformation resistance of metal,making a more uniform metal flow;the arched shunting bridge makes the die stressed uniformly and a larger bending moment can be endured by the bridge.The force condition of the shunting bridge of the die was improved and the die service life was extended.
