| 摘 要： | 鉴于电解金属锰生产中阴极板清洗工序存在的缺陷，以实现电解金属锰板清洗机械化为目的，研发了一种新型的电解金属锰极板清洗机。该设备主要由焊接机架、刷辊机构、输送机构和清洗及废水回收装置、电气控制与传感装置构成。该装置可以根据锰极板不同厚度，调整刷辊间距大小，确保清洗质量。清洗机采用自动进料、喷淋、刷洗、出料的操作工序，同时对清洗废液进行收集。详细介绍了各部分工作原理和操作要点，该清洗机的使用提高了清洗质量，生产效率大幅度提高，降低了工人劳动强度，改善了工作环境。 |
