回收氨浸渣中钼资源的新工艺研究与生产实践

摘    要:通过对氨浸渣中钼的物相分析,对钼的不同赋存形态的化合物的性质进行研究,以次氯酸钠为氧化剂,以碳酸钠为浸出剂,通过实验研究,探索出常压条件下湿法回收氨浸渣中钼资源的新工艺。用于生产实践,钼金属回收率高,能耗低,取得了良好的经济效益和节能减排的环保效益。

Abstract:By phase analysis of molybdenum in ammonia leaching residue,the nature for the forms of different compounds was studied.With sodium hypochlorite as oxidant,sodium carbonate as agent,through experimental research,new hydrometallurgy technology for molybdenum resource recovery from ammonia leaching residue was explored under the condition of atmospheric pressure.High molybdenum metal recovery,low energy consumption,good economic benefits and environmental benefits of energy-saving emission reduction were gain...
