摘    要:合成了2-羟基-5-氯-3-磺酸基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯,并研究了它与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。实验表明,在Triton X-100的存在下,pH11.2的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲介质中,镉(Ⅱ)与之形成1:3的红色配合物,在528nm处有最大吸收。表观摩尔吸光系数为2.46×10^5L·mol^-1,cm^-1,镉(Ⅱ)在0~20μg/25mL范围内遵守比耳定律。方法应用于废水中微量镉的测定,结果令人满意。

Synthesis of 2-hydroxy-5-chloro-3- sulfobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene and its colour reaction with cadmium(Ⅱ)

Abstract:A new reagent 2-hydroxy-5-chloro-3-sulfobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene (HCSDAA)has been synthesized and the color reaction of HCSDAA with cadmium (Ⅱ) has been studied.The results show that HSCDAA reacted with cadmium(Ⅱ)to form a stable red eomplex(3:1) in the presence of TritonX-100 at pH 11.2.The maximum absorption of the complex is at 528 nm ,and the apperent molar absrptivity is 2.46×10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-20 μg/25 mL for cadmium( Ⅱ).The method was applied to the determination of cadmium in waste water with satisfactory results.
